nce Holdings was established to consolidate and commemorate the efforts of the Shrestha Family business. It has been formed to merge and synergize the existing and future companies under one umbrella.

The legacy of this holding company had its humble beginning in 1959 with the establishment of Nepal Commercial Enterprises Pvt. Ltd by Mr. Raj Krishna Shrestha which led to the cultivation of a business organization that we know today as nce holdings.

As a young entrepreneur Raj Krishna Shrestha deviated from his pre-existing family business of pharmaceuticals and jewelry to start a trading house which would focus on the fundamental needs of the Nepalese public. It was a vision considered too early in the Nepalese trade circuit but a dream that Raj Krishna Shrestha held close to his heart.
